About our coaches
I am a psychologist accredited by the Romanian Board of Psychologists in the field of clinical psychology, work and organizational psychology, transport psychology and applied psychology in the field of national defense and security, with nearly 20 years of practice. I graduated the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences, Babes-Bolyai University, trainer and authorized cognitive-behavioral coach (IACBC). The main areas of interest are stress management, anger control, personal knowledge and development, with activity both in organizations and individually.
My main studies are in computer science, having a license and master’s degree from the Babeș Bolyai University of Cluj-Napoca, and I also own a master’s degree in Dance Movement Therapy from the Autonomous University of Barcelona. From the summer of 2018, I am an accredited cognitive-behavioral coach and wish to specialize in life and health coaching.
I am passionate about dance, movement, music, poetry, and arts in general. When working with people I like using metaphors, stories, body-mind connection and in general, modalities to help them connect to the felt sense and their own creativity. Over the last three years, I have organized and facilitated group movement and personal development workshops. Through my own platform called Interior rhythm, I continue to offer growth experiences using coaching and artistic tools.
If I have to define my work with one word I will choose passion. Passion for helping people be their best version, the passion I see in my client’s eyes when they reach mastery in their lives, the passion we share when we work together.
My first degree was in engineering and my second in psychology. I had my own company and sold it when I start coaching. I‘ve trained as a coach with Noble Manhattan Coaching in 2010, which helped me made the first steps in the direction of human optimization and develpoment. I work now as a certified coach and pshychological counselor under the cognitive behavioral approach. I am a member of IACBC, Romanian Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Psychotherapies and British Psychological Society.
My background in business and engineering help me adopt a result-based approach in my activity. My competencies are in life coaching, business coaching, and executive coaching.
A psychology enthusiastic even since my high school years, I always tried to help the ones around me overcome their problems, either professional or personal ones. Therefore, I chose to attend the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babes-Bolyai University, wherefrom I graduated and later I earned a master’s degree within its Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy. Certified as a clinical psychologist by the Romanian Board of Psychologists and as cognitive-behavioral coach by the International Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Coaching (IACBC), I am looking forward to make use of my knowledge on improving people’s lives and performance.
For this stage of my career, as part of my professional development, I chose to work within a HR department where I can make use of my knowledge on organizational environment and behavior while also completing it with the latest information. I am involved in the psychological assessment and intervention process, organizational well-being but also in running psychological programmes of self-awareness and personal development.
Keeping in mind that there are no two people alike (not even identical twins, as latest studies are claiming), I’m permanently looking to meet people of different ages, sexes, cultures, and backgrounds, being fascinated by the so various reactions people around us have when experiencing the same situation.
I am a coach, trainer, and lecturer at the Department of Applied Psychology, Babes-Bolyai University Cluj.
