In June, IACBC proposed a brief workshop for a better communication skills in organizations.

Our trainer Georgiana Roșca has delivered a workshop focused on the basisc elements of communication and feedback. We had a session of learning and playing in the same time.
The workshop is part of a larger program designed to develop effective communication skills using knowledge and methods extracted from scientifically validated psychological theories in a simple and uncomplicated manner.
