Daniela IEPURE is a student at Master of psychology “Psychological Techniques for Behavioral Control and Human Potential Development” at Babeş-Bolyai University. In the past, he has been working with children between 1-3 years, now he wants to learn more about coaching because he wants to help people grow. She says she is a careful person with details, she have a sense of humor developt, and her passions are ballet and travel. As a member of the IACBC team, she is part of the image department.

Oana BALINT is studying at the Masters program of Psychological techniques for behavioral control and human potential development at Babeş-Bolyai University. She has experience as an Emotional Intelligence trainer and she is currently a research assistant at the Babeş-Bolyai University.
As research interests in the psychology field, she aims personal development and also looks at the influence of technology in young people.
Oana defines herself as a learner, keen observer, analyst, and dreamer always looking for new opportunities to develop herself and then to help others grow and develop too. She likes the continuous process of learning new skills, that’s why she has multidisciplinary interests, from technology, multimedia to entrepreneurship and psychology.
As an IACBC team member, she is part of the marketing and organizational department, usually taking care of the visual elements and much more.

Ancuța DABÎCA is licensed in psychology. She graduated from the Psychology at Babeş-Bolyai University and is currently a student to Master of Psychology – Clinical Psychology, Counseling, and Psychotherapy, UBB.
Her interest in coaching comes from the passion to learn from adult strategies to achieve new goals in personal development.
The development interests are clinical psychology, marital counseling, scientific research, personal development and more. As an IACBC team member, she is the volunteer.

Iulia MIC chooses to attend the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at Babes-Bolyai University, wherefrom she graduated and later earned a master’s degree within its Department of Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy.
She started her career as a volunteer psychologist for the Romanian National Administration of Penitentiaries. For this stage of her career she is a clinical psychologist credentialed by the Romanian Board of Psychologists, a graduated Cognitive and Behavioral Coach credentialed by International Association of Cognitive and Behavioral Coaching (IACBC) and works within a HR department where she makes use of her knowledge on organizational environment and behavior while also completing it with the latest information.

Georgiana ROȘCA is a clinical psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. She graduated the Master of Psychology, Psychological Techniques for Behavioral Control and Human Potential Development Program at Babeş-Bolyai University. Currently, she is a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Psychodiagnostics and Scientifically Validated Psychological Interventions, UBB.
The professional expertise acquired so far includes psychological evaluations & interventions in Social Assistance and Child Protection, Child Abuse Department and as a kindergarten teacher in psychological activities relevant to pre-school age, she also has experience as a trainer. She is currently practicing in private practice. Her motivation is to show others the depth and beauty of things. As an IACBC team member, she is managing PR department.

Ioana ȘUȘTAC has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is currently a student in the masters of Clinical Psychology, Psychological Counseling, and Psychotherapy programme at Babeș-Bolyai University.
Her experience in working with non-profit organizations provided her with soft skills and enhanced her passion for cognitive-behavioral coaching. As an IACBC team member, she is part of the volunteer team.
